My Story
A little more about Belseth Productions
Bryce Belseth
When it comes to finding a calling in this world, there are two things that have pushed me more than anything: A lifelong passion for music and a desire to bring happiness to those around me. Music has always been at the forefront of my life. Early on it was listening to my father’s vinyls and tuning in to the oldies stations anywhere and everywhere we went. Later on, it was those college parties and fun-filled wedding receptions, where inevitably, I was always the crazy, sweaty guy that never left the dance floor.
At some point during one of those epic wedding dances, it dawned on me that I could contribute something as a “real life” DJ and share my love of music with others like so many have shared with me. The moment that I decided to pursue this DJ dream was undoubtedly the best decision of my life. It’s set me on a journey that has opened doors to amazing people, places, and moments that I never knew possible.
“Music has always been at the forefront of my life.”
Passion + Music
Through the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to be a part of so many great events. My DJ passion has taken me to the states I call home: Minnesota and Arizona. My travels have also taken me to the Dakotas, Wisconsin, southern California, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Illinois for events. Djing has provided me with a great deal of variety and uniqueness such as a trip to Lambeau Field for an amazing couple in 2014.
The opportunity to do something that I love and spend time with the people that impact my life in such a positive way has continued to fuel the passion this adventure started with. Being the Master of Ceremonies and DJ on the biggest day of my couples’ lives has helped me understand how important my role truly is. Recently I had a groom come up to me at the end of his reception and shake my hand. He simply said, “Bryce, you have a gift.” It was so simple, yet so profound. To hear that kind of thing at the end of their night and to know that he and his wife were so thrilled with the result of their day felt better than I could express with mere words. I love what I do.
